Need some advice from the pro's (700r)
My trans just crapped out after being rebuilt 2 years ago to the day.
First I was losing 4th when coolant temps would get over 220*, then I lost 2nd.... so it has 1 and 3. If you want to elaborate on damages feel free...
I am rebuilding it with a performance master overhaul kit, a trans-go valve body kit, and a new Corvette servo. I am re-using my Dacco 2500 rpm converter. It has never given me trouble and I had one in my Vette before that lasted 5 years of me driving it like a rental car. So needless to say I have confidence in Dacco. And at $140 it was a great deal.
Anyhow, is there any recommendations you may have on anything I may be missing? I am going to have around 300-400RWHP after the engine is done, so it will have to hold up. I don't want to do this all over again in 2 years if I can avoid it.
Thanks in advance.

I'd suggest getting a hold of Dana at probuilt. He will take the time to tell you what you need. I talked with him this week about mine. I had already bought my parts locally too. The next one will be built by his specs and parts. I ran a cheap stall converter also, lasted about 1 year. So after 400.00 and work, my rebuilt trans went in today with the stock converter. You get what you pay for, unfortunatly I found out the hard way.
IMO the Dacco is OK for stock duty only. SOrry but I work at a large Trany shop and we have seen too many take out a good Tranny. At very least, if there is any contamination you are running the risk of wasting the O/H since they share the same oil and you can't clean it out.
