th350 help please?

I bought a rebuilt th350 and installed weekend before last. Everything went pretty smooth. The transmission was running fine until last Sat. night, I didn't even get on it hard! The transmission starts slipping shifting into second gear and all the way through. First and second are still fine (no slipping). They installed a transgo shift kit in it also if that helps. My 700r4 took alot more abuse than I have even tried with this one. Of course I installed the transmission, but the shop is an hour away that I bought it from so i can't just run down there. They are also trying to pin it on me from talking with them over the phone. I seriously thought a th350 could handle more than a 700r4. I'm lost can anyone help me out? Could I have made it do this somehow? thank you....

If that was mine i would try to bring it to the shop. I have a TH350 in my camaro and have had no troubles. The T5 i had stock was a wet rag in comparison.

thanks. I think I'm going to try to get it there. i just hope they don't say the warranty doesn't cover whatever went wrong. My friend said that shows what kind of a place it is that builds them. thanks for the reply.

What they didn't tell you is that the warranty is void if you actually install the transmission in a vehicle.

If they don't take care of it for you, call them every day- twice a day and annoy the sh*t out of them. They'll get sick of hearing from you and fix it. Believe me, this works.

Thanks for the input! I'll try that and see if it works before I go all the way and they tell me they won't fix it. I also have to take the tranny out and take it back to them not to mention installing it again and around$20 for more tranny fluid to fill the case again. I'll try it thanks.
