Clutch fork and release bearing
Clutch fork and release bearing
on the clutch housing where the clutch fork is connected to the release bearing....i noticed that it doesnt want to spring back once it moves forward.
is that alright or will i have to fix it...will it do anything.
i'm thinking with it all loose the clutch will engage but wont disengage.
anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix it or wut i should do

There is no spring on those parts. It is normal for them to just flop around in there when the car is not fully assembled. The hydraulics will keep the fork to where it holds the throwout bearing up against the clutch.
release bearing
my clutch is mechanical maybe from an 83 firebird
and it seemed to spring back b4 but now it doesnt
i'm worried if i put it back on the clutch won't disengage
so i dunno
maybe i'll try put it on like dat
anyone else have any suggestions?
