Ok, I know I want to buy a ES Poly tranny mount. But I see something about a torque arm mount? Is it worthwhile to replace this too while I am doing the tranny mount? Hard to do? They're not that much and if I am already under there. . . ?

Also, question is: What's the deal with the lips facing a certain way or whatnot? Which one do I need? I have an 88 2.8 V6 with the overdrive tranny. Thanks for any help.

 

you have to get under there and look to see if its an outside facing lip or inside facing.


but i don't know how much of a gain ur gonna notice being u have a 2.8L but its worth a shot
