Add on OD for 4 speed

A while ago I read about a 4 speed and a guy suggested he add on an OD unit. It would bolt to the back of the tranny and could be used as OD in any gear. Does anyone have any more info on this???

Thanks.

I believe what your looking for is a gear vendors unit. I'm not sure they make one to fit under a third gen though.

Go to www.gearvendors.com. I just checked their website and they offer these bolt on ods for th350/400 and for the 700r4. They mention the callaway corvettes using a th400 and one of their od units instead of the stock 700. I would contact them and see what they say because I'm not really sure how they shift into od.
