fly wheel/clutch question
fly wheel/clutch question
I have an '83 z-28 with a 305/5 speed.
I am swaping the 305 out for a 350 this weekend. What I need to know is...I want to replace the clutch. Can I use the 305 fly wheel on the 350? If I can, then I take it I can use a new clutch for an '83 305 camaro on the 350 fly wheel. If I have to change the fly wheel, then what kind of clutch do I have to get? One for a 350 or are they the same?

however if the 350 is a one piece rear main seal, you will need a new flywheel as the bolt patterns are different
