Part Numbers? Cruise and T5?
Well after sifting thru TONS ( literally ) of old posts regarding my upcoming T-5 swap, I still wasn't able to find any definite answers...
1. I plan on using a '94 T56 clutch master cylinder / slave cylinder setup from GM in my IROC, with the WC T5 I'm swapping in. It's cheaper than the stock 3rd gen stuff ( @$90 SHIPPED from Gm Part Direct ) and it's pre-bled and uses a longer braided steel fluid line.
Anyone using this on their 3rd gen pedal setup? I read a post that mentioned something about having to use the MC rod bushing from the 3rd gen hydraulics to mount the 4th gen stuff?
2. Anybody have a pt# handy for the mechanical speedo gear housing I'll need so swap in, since my IROC is a mechanical speedo and the '92 Z28 WC T5 is all electric?
3. Any finally...... for anyone who did a T5 swap into a 700 equipped 3rd gen, did the cruise control swith on the pedal assembly transfer over to the manual pedal setup, or did you need the switch from the donor car?
