Rear end question...

I've got an '88 Camaro, 2.8/5 speed. I just got some salad shooter rims + 235/55 yoko tires, in good shape, but I just found out about the backspacing difference. I suppose a set of adapters up front would do, but I've got drums in the back now - how hard (and what would I need) would it be to swap in the rear end of the 3.4 '95 Camaro I got the rims off of?

Also, I've got a posi rear end in an '81 Trans Am (WS/6 - it's got discs!)... anyone swapped a 2nd gen rear to a 3rd before?
