1998 A4 T/A rear-end; will it fit in a 1995 Camaro???

A guy with a 1995 Camaro wants to buy my rear-end from 1998 WS6.
Will it fit perfectly?
What problems, if any will arise?

Thanks

AFAIK they are identical (except of course for ratios, maybe); the only difference might be in anti-lock brake sensors and such.

One more question:

will the 1995 brakes (rotors and calipers) work with the 1998 rear-end?
