Tranny Acting Up
Hey guyz...i'm from over at the v-6 board mostly...but i know where to come for my tranny advice...alright...i got the standard 700r4...rebuilt about a year ago...warranty has expired and its been acting up...heres what it does...say i'm going up a slight grade or even straight road...it bucks almost like a standard would...kinda feel likes the torque convertor is locking/unlocking...almost confused...so i pulled the dust shield and the convertor is tight onto the flywheel...any suggestions on what it might be...had some trouble with the connector for the tcc switch...thought i took care of it...a short maybe...i don't know...it always feels like the convertor locks up hard or most of the time...also...say i take off right away after starting my car on a cold morning and get it out on the street...is the convertor sposed to lock up while the car is still cold...i'm not sure of that either...some input would be great guyz...i'm confused and not feeling like spending some money for another one...just had the car painted and spent a pretty penny...lets see what we can come up with
