what carrier do i have?

what carrier do i have?

i bought a 95 posi unit at a swap meet but i dont know what size carrier it is. would it be a series 2 or 3? on the side it says k 2-> <-13, whatever that means then theres a number 231 on the ring plate.

it came from a 95 camaro. it also has the patent number printed on it- 4612825 canada 1987. hope that helps

my best suggestion is go to one of the 4th gen boards, and find out what kind of posi and gears were availible in 95....if I were to bet on it, I'd say its probably a 3 series
