Has anyone had a problem where you either have alot of weight in the car or if u get on it that the whole transmission feels like it is popping up, I have a 85 z tpi, auto. I can c the shifter move up when ever this happens, any ideas what this might be?

Have you checked your tranny mount?

 

That's what is sounds like to me too.

 

if it is get an Energy Suspension one there alot better then stock and wont break
