Quick Question
Hello all.
Last weekend I swapped the rear in my car for one that came out of an 84 v6. The rear end appears to have posi but I dont know for sure. Is it possible? Another question. I know that they swapped the tranny in my car before I bought it and the speedo has always been off. It is still off but appears to be closer. I believe the gears in the 84 were 3.42 How can I check this without opening the pumpkin? Were there any factory t-5/3.73 combos?

Yes, I'm driving one!!
Don't apologize for asking questions, that's the only way we learn!
My rear was much better after I got rid of the lame open rear and put a new posi in it!!
Have fun with it!
