Calling all aftermarket T-56 owners which aftermarket shifter?

Who makes shifters for our trannies? Right now I am using the shifter it came with and a straight handle from Fortes, and stock ****. What are your guys experiences?

I went through this with my aftermarket T56. I brought the shifter that came with the tranny to SK Speed to see if I could match it up to anything. It looked like the bolt pattern on the Dodge Viper shifter was the same, but the shifter was too expensive to buy just to see if it would fit. I'm still using the shifter that came with the trans (with a Hurst stick). One day I'll call GM and see what they say, but I can be pretty lazy so I don't see that happening anytime soon. If you find anything out though, post it. I'd like to know what fits.

I can only speak about the B&M which I had and thought it was fantastic. This was on my '99 Trans Am and definitely improved overall feel and shifting.

The problem is the bolt pattern for the shifter on the aftermarket T56 is different from the shifter on the 4th gen T56.

For the aftermarket T56...B&M and Pro 5.0 makes short shifers. Hurst doesn't make one yet. I emailed them directly and said they will have one in about 8 months. Dammit.
