200 Transmission shifting question?

Engine: L98
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 307
Hard to say. If I remember correctly the 200c I had with 2.73 gears would shift from 2 to 3 @ 30 MPH around 2K-2500 in normal driving.
