Immediate help !!

My clutch master cylinder will not budge
even with the slave taken off the studs
Btw it's a t-56

Usually that means the slave piston is at max travel...allowing continued pressurization would eject the slave piston.

Sounds like either you missed seating the slave piston into the clutch fork, or the fork/clutch are not installed right.

I'd pull the slave, push the piston inward (retracted into the slave housing) and re-install ensuring the piston is seated in the clutch fork cup (dab o' white lithium grease is good), then re-test the master movement.
