Leaking tranny, only when not running

i have a tci 700 in my Z and it leaks alot of tranny fluid. The part i dont understand is that it leaks most all of it as soon as i turn the car off. Its not all of a sudden, but lets just say i turn it off for 15 minutes, i will have a 1/4 quart puddle under my car. It will continue to leak about a quart a day if it sits. Ive crawled under it and cannot find any sign of leakage except a little on the front of the pan, i checked the converter and nothing is leaking near there. The only other thing i know is that it is coming from the right side of the trans, the side with the tranny lines. I suspected tranny lines, but seems to me it would leak only when it was running then. Any ideas?

where the dipstick goes into the case, there is supposed to be a rubber oring gasket there, it is easy for it to become dislodged if the dipstick tube is loose and moved around

How about your kick down cable. If it is broken or just plain out not there it will leak from there alot, when shut off..
