Tach acting up after th350 swap...speedo?

I swapped my 305 for a 350 carb motor and speedo and tach worked fine with 700r4 trans. After swapping the trans for a th350 my tach shows around 3000+ at 50 mph. The rearend in the 92 RS is stock non-posi which I think carries 3.08 gears. I know it should not be pulling that high of rpm's. The torque converter is a B&M 2000 12". Any ideas why? I am installing a aux. tach tomorrow to see if its the stock tach. Also, does anyone know how to hook the speedo up or do you need to swap them out?

Thanks

my tach does that also. why u says? theres no overdrive so the rpms wont kickdown at cruzin speeds. so when im at 50-55 im at about 3k rpms. thats one thing u will have to live with i guess. i dont mind it at all, im used to it.
