What do i need to be able to shift into OD at WOT?

You need to remove the Throttle plunger sleeve and block the "detent downshift" passage. How to do this can be found here:

Just remember that after you do this, any speed above around 55 MPH will require you to manualy downshift into third if you need it to downshift.

Isnt there some type of corvette part or something B&M makes to allow me to do that? Also, what other effects on daily driving will plugging those holes have? Thanks

GM had the "B Car Fix" that was supposed to allow OD at WOT for police cars, which was a revised 3-4 shift valvetrain. Availability may be getting scarce on those. As far as the B&M upshift sleeve, all it is, is a billet sleeve made with this passage already blocked off.
