yep. they all agree. with a 9.5" converter and the LOWEST possible Stall available..

I was told this by a few tranny shops, as well as somone from TCI and my local speedshop. why is this so?
I have a 9.5" with 2200~ Stall behind a stock 305 motor... they say this same converter behind a motor with 500~Ft>lbs of torque will also stall to roughly 2600-2800 Rpms...
