'88 V6 700r4 vs. '92 V8 700r4 ???

I have two trannys to choose from, both 700r4s, one from a '88 camaro with the 2.8, and the other is from a '92 camaro with a tbi 305. Im going to match it up with a Buick 3.8 Turbo engine. What are the differeneces between these two 700r4? What different advantages and different advantages might they have compared to the other when matched with a turbo engine? I just need some input because Im almost ready to get one of the built.

What happened to the 2004R? If you are going to use the 700R4, then the 1995 would be the one to start with. What upgrades and what type of vavle body kit are you planning on using? Tell me more about this?

I never had a 200. And I already have an adapter plate from TCI to match a Chevy tranny to a buick block. It works perfect.

You don't have a choice between the two. They each have a different bellhousing from the other. Built up the one from the V8.
