Engine: =350 sbc
Transmission: TH350
Axle/Gears: 3.73
Flexplate question

What would be a better flexplate to use 153 or 168 tooth.Im using a late 70s early 80s 350 block......

The one that fits your car. That would probably be the one that matches what you have now.

As far as working, they both work fine. However they require different starters. The smaller one locate the starter nearer the crank, and so leaves more room for headers or other exhaust parts.

I have a heavy duty 153 tooth now i was just wondering what the difference is between the two of them and if one is better than the other.........
