I have a centerforce dual friction clutch on my t-5..i would hate to get rid of it cause its still pretty brand new...my question is,can the t-5 centerforce clutch fit with the t-56?

no you can't. from what i have read, the t-5 uses a puch style clutch while the t-56 uses a pull stlyle clutch. this also explains the price difference for a dual friction
t-5 $265 app.
t-56 $575 app.
i have looked into this because my t-5 has 200k on it and is shot. just dropped 400 horsies into 1k ago, soon getting t-56

center force isn't worth your money.
If it doesn't say VALEO use it to wipe your butt.
the stock t-56 clutch as low as $250 is your most economical choice.
Trust me. Factory is much better than what a few self proclaimed geniuses can put together from what they learned at the track.

I'll second that recommendation on GM parts, where the pressure plate and throwout bearing are concerned. The LT4 piece is really nice, and combined with a McLeod disk has held up to some serious abuse drag and road course racing.
