TV Cable Install
How hard is it to install, I havent looked under the car yet. I am switching my stock cable for the LT1 cable, stock one is to long with LT1 intake and under normal acceleration I hit 2nd gear only after rolling about 5 ft.
But anyway, Does it require and special tools or procedures or is it simple. From what Im told that fact that its an LT1 cable makes no difference on the install, So this is just an general TV cable install question.

Its simple. You have to unhook the Throttle body side first, then go down to the tranny and remove the bolt that holds the cable to the tranny. Its go a 10mm head on the bolt. slide it up out of the tranny and unhook it from the linkage. Route the new one down over the tranny, hook it into the linkage and stuff it up inside the cable (this will all make sense when you go to do it) and re-attach the cable housing to the tranny. Then hook the other end back up to the TB and adjust it.
