I want to change from a 700r4 to a 350th in an 87 T.A. What all do I need to do it? Also should I get one with a lockup or not?

Complaining about 'free' help isn't going to get you anywhere. It's a th350. If you want lockup you must get a th350c(different tranny). As far as the swap goes, do some searches. Drive around it D(3rd gear) for a while and see how you like it.
