How can I find out the lockup speed of my stall converter?

Engine: 360hp/417ft. lb. 350
Transmission: Pro-Built Street/Strip 700R4
How can I find out the lockup speed of my stall converter?

...without opening the transmission case? Is there a code on my build sheet or in my VIN? Car is a 1988 Formula, 700R4, LB9 (TPI), 3.23 posi... any help appreciated, trying to order an ECM tommorow. Thanks.

What are you asking? Stall speed of your torque converter or the MPH at which the TCC locks up? Either way tearing into the trans won't tell you either of the two. The stall speed should be around 1500RPM, and the lockup should occur just shy of 40MPH.
