12 bolt rearends??!!!

I remember some were I believe here seeing some links to places that do 12 bolt setups for 3rd Gen does anyone know of some sites or places that i can peek at some.

If spending that kind of money, have you thought about buying a Moser nine inch rear? It's not made by ford so you wouldn't be blaspheming your car. Stronger. Period! And gear changes are soooooooooooo much more simpler than the gm designed rears.

the 9" rear is only slightly stronger than the 12 bolt is, and only if its setup right. plus the 12 bolt is much more efficient than the 9" due to the much smaller pinion offset....the difference is as much as 5% more loss with a 9". and who changes gears like that anyways? unless your a race team and your worried about changing them if they break. 99.999% of people are never going to change the gears in an aftermarket rear anyways, cause you order them with the ratio you want.

and the 9" from moser would have cost me almost 2900 bucks i think, as opposed to the 12 bolt which i paid 2313 for. The prices you see on the website dont include everything, start adding options and 9" gets expensive quick.
