does TH350 bolt right on 235cid stright six on 56 Bel air ?

doubt it, all SBCs have the same trans bolt pattern, i'm guessing the straight 6 wouldn't. SBC uses 6 bolts with the 2 outter and lower on each side being inline and vertical.

AYMAN, the answer is no. Totally different bolt pattern on the 56 trans.
