5th gear, letting me down.....

Car: 84 Z28 Convertible 2 Seater
Engine: Dart Little-M SBC 400
Transmission: Pro-built Automatics 700R4
Axle/Gears: Strange Engineering 3:73
5th gear, letting me down.....
My tranny jumps out of gear when I shift to 5th gear or grinds when I try to force it to stay in gear. All other gears are fine. I change the clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. I did not have this problem before I made the change. Can somebody tell me what went wrong.
