Its been 16months since I bought my GTA and I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
A month ago I installed a new clutch kit, and I have a 1991 Z28 T5 with a recent rebuild on its way!
Im geeked and cant wait to give the ol GTA a spin finally!

that is sweet. Where did you buy the rebuild from and how much? Did you have to give them your old transmission as a core charge, or did they just rebuild your old one? How much did it all cost, including shipping? Is there any sort of warranty on the rebuild? Better yet, is there a website? Is this rebuild good for 400+ hp, if you know, is it a good rebuild for the track. Like, the plastic inserts swaped for brass ones on the forks, for instince. Im looking into getting a new/ rebuild or rebuilding my tranny due to the fact it has 180,000 on it and the 5th gear doesn't like to stay engaged. Any and all help would be greatly appreatiated!
Thanks,
Andy
