gears & rpm's

I should have my posi by the end of april or beginning of may according to SLP and I will be ordering gears soon.. I have a 91 700-R-4.. I would like to know what rpm's I can expect from a 3:42 and a 3:73 at say 65-70 mph.. I have no idea what gears on in the car now but i know its not the rear that came in the car. I am almost sure its a V-6 rearend and it seems pretty high on the rpm's to be a 3:23.. did they offer the 3:42 in the V-6's???
Thanks in advance
Scott

Check the tech data, to see the V-6 rears, Autos got 3.23 and Man got 3.42's some early ones got 3.08 or 3.73's the only way to know would be to count the teeth.

As for what RPM you will turn, check the equations calculator, it can give you that info.

here is what you need below -

3.42's with 25.7" height tires (comp T/A on 16" rims) in 4th gear (.7) gives you ~2200 RPM

3.73's with 25.7" height tires (comp T/A on 16" rims) in 4th gear (.7) gives you ~2400 RPM
