4l60e vacuum line?

In the heat of my lt1 4l60e swap I managed to forget whether what appears to be a vacuum hardline on top of the tranny is actually what it appears to be.. is it a constant vacuum? is it a vent? is it a switched vacuum?

thanks for the help..
