Manual TC lock up switch ?
Yeah Yeah I am sure u got lots of these, I did the search but really wasn't satisified with what I found and I can only go thru so many pages on dial-up, lol. Anyways heres the questions.
On the wiring. Do I need a ground on my switch and if so, then I just use the one wire going from my switch to a ground and the other wire to connect both the A&F on my ALDL? Or is it just one wire to the A and the other wire to the F?
Other question, I have a B&M 28,000 GVW cooler, transgo shift kit and polly. tran mount. Is this manual lock up gonna hurt my tranny? It has 117,000 miles on it. And I assume I only flip the switch in the "on" position when I am about to race correct? Thank you.

You just hook up one wire to the A and the other to the F terminal, A is the ground. As for it being hard on the tranny yes it is hard on it, The only reason i have one is i have no comp and i need it on the highway. If you do use it for racing dont make it a habbit. It only helps a very small amount anyway, to me its not worth the damage it could cause. hope this helps.

Yeah, I plan on only using it when I go to the track only. I later read that it is hard on ur tranny and TC but so is racing itself.
Thanks for the info.
