3+4 gear

i just threw in a new motor and a stall, my first and second gear work fine shifting manually but as soon as i shift into third or fourth the rmps increase like its going into neutral any ideas

Not good!Check out fluid burnt/clean?Make sure all linkage is adjusted right and that it's not holding the tranny between drive gears.
