Rear End Problem

Hey everyone, I've got a bit of a problem. Right now my rear end is acting up and I'm not toally sure what the problem is. I just replaced the u joints so i know it has nothing to do with those, but heres the problem. Off the start if I hit the gas, after maybe one wheel rotation, I'll here a clunk and also feel a jolt coming from the right rear axel. Also, at slower speeds, if I hae the wheel cranked turning right, I'll hear almost a clicking sound coming from the same location. I'm wondering if there's something wrog with the posi unit or maybe the axel is screwed up. Hopefully nothing horrible, but if I have to do anything, I'll probably say screw it and find a 4th gen rear and put that in. Anyone have any idea what could be the cause of the noises/jolt?

not broken trans mount? i'd pull the cover and take a look instead of trying to guess at it.
