still leaking..

ok so , last night, checked tranny fluid, pretty low, poured a quart in, "car was hot and running" looked like i poured it straight on the ground, whole quart, just leaked out, within 5-10 mins, ....get under the car today, ....wiped everything cleaned, poured a quart it, looked for leaks, no leaks, i figure ok cool, somehow i was retarded enough to miss the hole completly and just poured it onto the ground....WRONG, checked it after the car sat for a few hours, ...puddle again, its definatly comming from the front area, near the fly wheel. so what could just up and DIE, and cause a serious leak, and such a random leak at that, its causing me to burn up my tranny!!! so what seal/gasket can just die with no warning?????

The fill tube could have popped out of the tranny. Also a suggestion, if you haven't replaced the tranny filter recently to do that and the gasket along with it. My 1986 Iroc-Z was doing pretty much the same thing. I just finished replacing the filter and gasket today. Will find out if it stopped leaking tomorrow.
