Collant in the trans!
Well after a major nitrous backfire Sunday at the track I found a very unsuspected suprize on my drive home. Just about a mile from home the car started to slip. I slowed way down and got home. I pull the tranny dipstick and find it way over the full mark with a green tint to it. On of the side effects of the backfire was the air filters slamming into the radiator. Should I befine if I drain all the fliud out of the tranny and refill? I mean if the tranny runs right are the fliud is changed are there anyother problems that could arise? Just so you know I have the radiator and a B&M trans cooler, I will not reuse the cooler in the radiator ever again.

by pass the stock trans cooler. it's busted.
drain the fluid out, fill it , run it for a few minutes, run it through the gears still stopped... cut it off. drain it again.
gonna have to do it a few times.
replace the filter, and see if it's ok.. if it's not.. take it to the trans shop
