How hard is it to install speedo gears?

How hard is it to install speedo gears?
I just got some 3.23's and a posi put in, but now of course my speedometer is way off. I've got the part numbers for a new drive gear and driven gear. $16 for both. I was wondering how hard is it to install these and how?
Oh yeah, 1991 RS w/ a 700R4.

Transmission: Probuilt 700R4 - 2800 Stall Midwest
Axle/Gears: 3.42
There is a cover on the side of the tailshaft. Take it off and pull the old gear out. I'm not sure if anything inside the tailshaft has to be changed or not.
