shift points... what MPH?

shift points... what MPH?
I was just curious what MPH everyone's transmission shifts at. When I'm at WOT, mine revs to 5500 RPMs and shifts from 1-2 at 35 MPH and 2-3 at 75 MPH. 1990 IROC-Z, 350, 700R4, 3.23 Gears. Is that about normal?

Engine: 1 BA 305 TPI
Transmission: Probuilt 700R4 - 2800 Stall Midwest
Axle/Gears: 3.42
That sounds about right for 3.23 gears. Mine seems to shift at a little lower MPH but not much. That may be because I have 3.42 gears.
