what engs can i get a t-5 flywheel from for a v8 ? will one from a v6 work ? whats the going rate on these flywheels ?

You're looking for a 153 Tooth V8 Flywheel. V8=not v6.
You need one for either a 1 piece rear main seal (86+) or a 2piece rear main seal(85-)
