are the 700r4's in the l98's diffrent?

I was informed, or misinformed that the 700r4's for l98 f-bodys were calibrated the same as the ones in the vettes. I knowe that after like 88 the 700 got better clutch packs, and a few upgrades, but i was told that the tq converter has a higher stall and the vette servo is already in it? How much truth is there to this?

i dont think the vette servo came in the 700r4's in thirdgen's.
i also dont think the stalls changed either, i didnt feel a difference from my 88 700r4's to my 91 700r4's.
