i have heard i can swap to one of these if i have 28 spline axeles.
i have a 89 rearend with 2.73 gears. the car i want to put this in is a 84 camaro that had a 2.5 4cyl rear with 3.73 gears. is it possible to put the 89 axels in the 84 rear with the slp posi? I have never messed with rear end work before so what is involved the the swith and what extra parts will be needed? someone please help.

 

yeah the axles all inter cahnce in 10 bolts, except maybe disk rears, not sure, the spline is only thng differant. long as it matches you're fine.
