I have a ???

My tranny is acting up right now. When I shift the car into drive (doesn't matter which) there's a hard jerk. It only happens when it is being put into drive (not reverse) and usually after I've been driving for awhile. It will do it on the initial after the car has been sitting overnight but it's not nearly as bad.

Any ideas as to what is causing this??

It's a 700r4 Trans mated to a Freshly rebuilt 350 engine
