new rear end??

Transmission: 700r4, 5spd std
Axle/Gears: 3.73
new rear end??
ok so today i took the cover off the rear end and found that one of the teeth on the big gear is chipped preaty badly, there was actually a nice little chunk of it stuck to the magnet in there. also some of the smaller gears have little grind marks on the tops of them...uhh so im assuming i should either replace it or rebuild it...whats the smarter thing to do?

Replace it. If you can find one from the junkyard it would be cheaper and easier.
