Transmission: built 700R

in and out of lock-up at 20mph

My trans (700r4) is jumping in and out of lock-up at low speed's, and bouncing between 2nd and 3rd. Does anyone know what this would be from??

dont take my word on this but i think it could be a wiring problem, or your TV cable might be out of adjustment
