I have a th350 that i am going to put in my 88 bird behind a 350. the tranny has sat on my floor for about 6 months, and at a friend's house for somewhere around a year. I know that it needs new fluid, and a new filter, the filter i have, but what is the best fluid to use, and which seals (if not all) should I replace? also, is there a seal kit sold anywhere that i can get. I want to do all of the tranny work, including the shift kit, at the same time, and I want to make sure that i have all of the parts there when i get ready so that it is a one day deal, not three weeks of head scratching and pulling it in and out of the car.
