Chek this out I just finished installing a new 350 Tranny cuz the old one got fu###d and I put a long tail and everything looks good so I turned on the car to let the tranny oil flow so that I can put accurrate amount and while I was busy under the car my TV cable got b.b.qued!! On MY HEADERS!!! there melted badly!...

..what should I do guys are these cables so expensive??

+ more aggravation my shifter cable broke..........

 

Some1 helpme I mean you guys never lost anything due to the heat of your Headers?? This really suxs all I can think about is how much this will cost me to fix!!!

 

TV cable? You mean the kickdown cable? th350 wont have an actual TV cable but it looks similar. They are cheap....like 15$ at advance auto.

 

yeah there is no TV valve in a th350 so there is no tv cable. only thing there is would be the kick down and you don't really need it if you don't have the 15 or so dollars for another one.

Damn Headers I need to get themed Wraped I've burnet myself plenty of times on them.

 

Don't wrap them... they will become a rusty POS 2 or 3 times faster. Just keep them painted and be careful

 

yea i musta fried like 3 spark plug wires due to my lazyness of not zip tieing them away from them in the first place. So i share your pain. DAMN HEADERS!
