1-2 and 2-3 shifts at different rpms???
I have a Pro-Built Street/Strip 700R4, it was shifting at about 4500 rpm so I got a kit to adjust the weights and springs on the governor so that I could set my shift points at 6000 rpm. My 1-2 shift is now DEAD on at 6000 rpm, but the 2-3 occurs at only 5500 rpm.
Is this normal? Is there something to adjust to make the 2-3 happen at 6000 rpm too without raising the 1-2 shift any higher? Or am I SOL and just have to manually shift on the 2-3?

You can get a different sized 2-3 Throttle Valve. MTV Up and MTV Down act on the 2-3 Throttle Valve and getting one w/ larger MTV Up lands will delay the shifts.
However, this means you must pull the valvebody.
