Self Calibrating Speedo for T-56
Self Calibrating Speedo for T-56
I installed my T-56 in my car about 6 months ago and had went with out a speedometer because of the cost and hassels. I went out and found an easier solution. Its a digital speedometer from Cyberdyne. I is made to calibrate to many transmissions. I hooked it up to my car and drove 45 mph (using a GPS) and hit the Calibrate button and poof, it works. Still works fine. You can also follow someone at 45 mph.
It also does 0-60 times and 1/4 mile times but I am not sure how accurate.
If everyone knows about this , my bad.

Cyberdyne makes a full line of digital gauges. They're definitely cool looking, but from what I've heard they aren't as reliable as other aftermarket gauges.
I would have to agree. I just had to do something and I am sure glad that I had something to slap in there. At least it looks good in the the custom alluminum panel I made. I wish I had a pic to show , I will have one soon
