89 iroc w a original 2.77 9 bolt disc.... pinion bearing is humming....
im saving up for a moser ford 9 but just incase the 9 bolt die, can i swap a 10 bolt disc rear out of an 84 trans am (not sure if it was the original rear) into my car. it does not have the alum prb style rear calipers.... they are the earlier model.... think its pre 89 style.... i know the rear will physicaly bolt up, but am i gonna need anything extra for the brakes.... are they the same line size and thread will the e brake bolt up correctly... (not that important) is my current master cly/prop valve correct....

any rear out of any thirdgen would be a direct swap, any 4th gen rear would also bolt up but it's a bit wider
